I am a Technical Trainer and Business Developer at Mpirical, one of the leading providers of training courses and learning solutions for the global mobile telecoms industry. I have over 15 years of experience in ICT, including telecom operations, network engineering, project management, and digital transformation.

I am also an accredited training provider and agile coach with ScrumStudy, helping senior stakeholders and teams adopt agile principles and practices, enhance customer centricity, and deliver value faster. I have coached product owners, facilitated agile release train sync ups, and served as a member of the Lean Agile Centre of Excellence. My mission is to share my knowledge and expertise with telecom and IT professionals who want to understand the technical standards and potential business models and opportunities in the evolving market.
